Dear students, parents & teachers,
We would like to report to you about works we done recently:
• We opened new campus at Wentworth Point, running on every
Tuesday and Saturday in school terms since term 3 of this year.
• We successfully organized summer camps to Hunan province
of China in July and autumn camp to Beijing, Nanjing and Shanghai
of China in October. We completed the origination of Winter cam
to Chongqing of China, it will depart in December.
• Our dancing class contributed performances in several
important functions and received highly appreciation from public.
The functions are Fund Raising Show for drought in NSW, Sydney
Chinese Language Spectacular, 40 Years ‘annual Ceremony
of NSW Federation of Community Language Schools.
• We organized students, teachers and parents to make donation
for local drought, totally received and donated $360. We thanks
for everyone’s support.
• We organized some students to joint children’s calligraphy
completion in Sep. and Song Lin won second prize of 13-17 age
group.
• We organized some students to join Chinse article writing
competition between local Chinese schools, Cheryl Sahng, Alice
Shang and Grace Liu won 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize separately in 15-18
age group; Agreem Ghimire, Ewin Chen, Jiayan You and Selena Tan
won 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Highly recommend prize separately in 12-14
age group.
• We organized more than 70 students, teachers and parents
to join the excursion to a farm on 30 September.
Term 4 will commence on 16 Oct this Tuesday (Wentworth Point campus)
and 20 Oct. this Saturday(Granville campus). We are going to do
the following works:
• To seek registration for HSK examination which will be
held on 2 December in our Granville campus. Please contact us
for details.
• To organize school’s annual ceremony. It will be
held at 9:30am-11:30am 8th December in the hall of Granville Public
School. We invite students who have arts skills to contribute
performances. We also invite students and parents of both Granville
& Wentworth Point campuses to attend this ceremony.
It will be the last schooling day of our school as 9th Dec Sunday
for Granville campus and 11th Dec. Tuesday for Wentworth Point
campus.
