Dear students, parents and teachers,

We sent a notice to you some days ago regarding the restart of face to face classes in term 3, .The plan will be executed and online classes will be stopped. Although the Covid-19 infection rate is low in Sydney, the situation may change at any time, so we will follow the guide of Health Department and Education Department to ensure protection. We require parents to send and pick up student only to and from the gate of campus but not enter in; students will also need to wash hands before entering classrooms, keep social distance and no physical contact near each other, as well as not using other’s belongings. We encourage wearing face masks. We will supply thermometer to check body heat for all teachers and students. If you catch a cold and have a fever, please stay at home and report to the school.

If the students who attend Monday or Friday classes need to be picked up from Wentworth Public School, we ask that parents confirm again with us and inform the teacher of the public school. Once we receive authorization from parents to pick up, the parents should not pick up to avoid our teachers having difficulty locating the student. If our teacher and student cannot find each other, the students should go to office of the public school to wait and the teacher will be there to pick up. Parents must pick up their child 5 minutes after class finished.
